Job Description Summary

Lamb Weston is currently seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to develop, document, and oversee business processes and controls within our organization. This role is crucial in promoting operational effectiveness and ensuring that all procedures align with our strategic goals and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Job Description

• Documenting and maintaining business process flows, developing control procedures, and ensuring they are effectively communicated within the organization.
• Writing clear and actionable controls aligned with business operations, aiming to mitigate risks and achieve compliance with internal and external policies.
• Designing and implementing business processes with a focus on maximizing efficiency and accuracy across various organizational functions.
• Regularly monitoring and analyzing the performance of existing processes and controls to verify their effectiveness and compliance.
• Conducting ongoing evaluations and audits of business processes and controls to identify areas for improvement or necessary updates.
• Collaborating with different departments to reinforce process understanding and compliance, and to integrate control measures into daily workflows.
• Delivering training sessions and materials to stakeholders and team members on new or revised processes and controls.
• Generating reports for management highlighting process performance, potential issues, and suggested enhancements.
• Driving continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry innovations, technological advancements, and best practices in business process management and control.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, design, and control development.
• Proven expertise in monitoring the effectiveness of business processes and controls.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, understandable, and operationally viable controls.
• Proficient in process mapping and business process management tools (e.g., Visio).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with an innovative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $59,530.00 - $89,310.00
