ADP is hiring a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will act as a team lead resource/contact for RS operations projects. Serve as a mentor/ trainer for new and/or less seasoned team members. Independently coordinate projects, project plans and facilitate project meetings. Define and develop enhancements to existing products and systems for all Operational units. Prepare business specifications and coordinate the rollout of enhancements to existing products and systems across Operational units. Serve as an Operational technical expert and provide associate training for specific systems and aspects of our defined contribution products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and develop enhancements to existing products and systems based on Operational feedback. Assist Operational Units during rollout of new product enhancements from Product Planning. Coordinate departmental action items and document comprehensive procedures Prepare business specifications and lead coordination of the rollout of enhancements to existing products and systems Assist Operational Units during rollout of new product enhancements from Product Planning. Coordinate departmental action items and document comprehensive procedures Provide detailed training to associates and/or departments Serve as a team lead/technical expert to Operations and team Team lead who will act as a facilitator between operational users, Client Services, and systems developers to generate enhancement ideas and approaches. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
4 + years experience developing business requirements/ specifications, with project lead experience
5+ years Defined Contribution experience is required
Experience in a mainframe environment is essential
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Management/supervisory experience is preferred
Knowledge of trading and trustee protocols is preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Detail oriented in a deadline driven environment
Analytical ability
Ability to identify and resolve problems at their source
