Intrado is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join its Enterprise Collaboration group. This role is responsible for managing the reporting and analyzing of data related to sales performance. We are looking for self-starter and a strategic thinker to support our sales team to operate more efficiently. The will be responsible for the following:
•Perform revenue and KPI reporting and forecasting
•Create dashboards and metrics to measure sales revenue attainment, pipeline-to-backlog revenues conversion rates
•Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the ability to meet strategic, financial or technical goals
•Manage projects which impact customer experience, sales engagement or contribute to process improvement or revenue growth
•Manage CRM data and systems (i.e. Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.)
oLeverage CRM to optimize sales pipeline reporting
•Oversee the sales process flow and user experience across web/telephone from initial visit to order submission
•Work with Marketing to enable the sales team
oManage and/or assist with proposal development
oActively participate in the development of win strategies
oIdentify ways that we can leverage tools and resources to create the best customer experience
oBuild prospect lists and develop tactical campaigns to drive lead generation
oManage and/or administer the lead assignment process in CRM
•Coordinate and assist in the development of sales product training, process training, and technical sales training, including training for the on-boarding of new sales reps
•Collaborate with other business units to support cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth
•Create and maintain documentation of sales processes
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, marketing, or a related field required Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
-Minimum 4 years sales experience required, preferably in a business-to-business environment
-Minimum 2 year lead or supervisory experience preferred
-Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
-Ability to travel 5% to 10% of the time
