Support Individual Contributor
Performs functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations including but not limited to:

• Equipment calibration per approved procedures
• Review of calibration certificates for compliance
• Review and processing of requests in the equipment control database Regulatory Asset Manager (RAM)
• Shipping and Receiving equipment to/from vendor
• Assist other areas of QA, as needed
• Additional tasks, as needed

Functional Description

Performs functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks and carrying out rework and quality assurance procedures related to production or operations. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate data to assist in assessing and documenting results of quality assurance and control processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures for quality assurance and control. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

• Work at this level requires following standardized, routine methods, under immediate supervision.

• Little responsibility for decisions as to method or selection of work.
• Receives detailed instructions on routine work and new assignments.

Experience and Education

• Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Workplace Type

• The Workplace Type for this role is Assigned Desk. Based on the nature of your role you will have an assigned desk or office located at a Dexcom site and should plan to be onsite approximately 4-5 days per week.

Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
