Call Center Representatives to join their growing team in Syracuse! Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus! Strong data entry skills are required.

This contract-to-hire position offers $17.00/hr to start, with opportunity to increase to $18.75/hr. This is a hybrid-remote work environment, with 3-days in office and 2-days remote, Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5PM.

Job Duties:

• Answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Make outbound calls with changes and update new schedules and notes in database
• Communicate with customer via email as needed
• Provide pertinent information to customers
• Research and resolve any issues
• Process payments while remaining in compliance
• Maintain data integrity to assure notes and schedules are created effectively

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of call center experience a must
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus!
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills required
• Must have a strong attendance record and good references from previous employers
