What a EP/Cath Lab Tech Will Do:
The job of an EP Technician includes placing acardiac electrophysiology catheter in a patient, reading electrocardiograms, and interpreting the data to help diagnose heart problems. They are responsible for maintaining the equipment in the lab and answering patients' questions about the procedure.
What a EP/Cath Lab Tech Will Need:

- Graduate of an AMA approved RCIS, RCES program
- Certification in RCIS, RCES or ARRT CV, CI or VI
- 2 years experience
- BLS certified: ACLS Certified
