Hiring a Case Manager with the nation's largest provider of domestic violence shelter and services in their Manhattan location.

SHIFT: Monday - Friday: 9:00a - 5:00p EST

LOCATION: Manhattan, NY

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelors Degree in Human Services with two (2) years of counseling experience, preferred, in a residential shelter.

 Three (3) years of crisis counseling experience preferred in a residential shelter for victims of domestic violence, and experience and demonstrated skills in group counseling.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Case Manager is responsible for providing direct services to patients, including:

• Individual counseling
• Group counseling
• Advocacy services
• Referrals and follow-up
• Home management and budget counseling
• Individual must demonstrate sensitivity to issues related to women and domestic violence
