General Summary

This position is responsible for working effectively with supervisors and peers in activities associated with the operation of CCTV truck and equipment for the successful rehabilitation of sewer and stormwater lines.

Essential Job Accountabilities

• Conduct CCTV inspections using robotic TV equipment per NASSCO standards
• Execute cleaning and TV work required for project
• Pass out notifications to residents and businesses as instructed
• Robotically reinstate sanitary service laterals
• Operate and maintain CCTV equipment
• Assemble and disassemble hoses and couplings
• Install liner as needed with crew
• Scaffolding operations
• Utilize all safety equipment, and follow standard operating procedures
• Other tasks, as assigned.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• PACP certification preferred (potential for company paid training)

Work Experience

• Possess and demonstrate proficiency in above job accountabilities with experience operating and maintaining CCTV equipment for sewer (required)
• CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Safety Certifications for Confined Space, Competent Person, 10 and/or 30 hour OSHA, as well as those related to traffic control, as required.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Must be able to be proactive and troubleshoot.
• Ability to use a computer
• Excellent manual dexterity to use hand tools and portable power equipment
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills with good interpersonal interaction
• Must successfully pass a drug test, as well as driver's license check for past 2 years without any suspensions or major traffic violations
• Must be able to lift, carry, and haul up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to travel is required, as much as 90% if needed
• Must be able to effectively work in confined spaces.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. At times will be working around large construction equipment, must be safety conscience.
