The Position

  • Design solutions on an enterprise product platform (via declarative tools)
  • Responsible for understanding business problems and capturing client requirements by leading effective conversations with business and technical client teams
  • Interpret how to best apply the out of the box product to provide a solution; including finding alternative approaches that best leverage the platform
  • Implement, configure, and integrate Customer Data Platforms
  • Provide analytics domain expertise, consultation, and troubleshooting
  • Learn new platform capabilities and clouds to stay on top of the ever-growing product ecosystem
Position Requirements
  • Expertise in configuration, implementation, and integration of Customer Data Platform solutions without significant help from others
  • Knowledge of, and experience with CDP solutions such as Segment, Amplitude, Tealium, Lytics, Amperity, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP (formerly Customer 360 Audiences) or others
  • Proficient with manipulating, structuring, and merging data from different data sources and understanding of typical data sources within an enterprise environment
  • Ability to translate business rules into technical requirements and implementation of those requirements
  • Proficient with JavaScript tagging, and API-based integrations
  • Enterprise experience designing multi-solution architecture
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies and platform capabilities
  • Occasional travel as needed by client
