Mercer is seeking a Market Business Leader (MBL) to lead our Career business in the Central US. As an MBL, you will be a key contributor to the success of the US Career business at Mercer.

The preferred location for this leader is Dallas or Chicago.

As the Central Market, Career Business Leader:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Guiding and directing the Office Business Leaders (OBL) in the Central US market
  
• Using your business leadership experience, guide a powerhouse team of consultants and the financial operations of the market
  
• Partner with market geography leadership, sales and other Lines of Business (LOBs) to expand business relationships
  
• Contribute to the overall growth of our business
  

What qualifications are necessary to have for the role?

• BA/BS degree
  
• A proven, inclusive leader able to build diverse teams
  
• Curious nature with a proven history of providing an innovative approach to business needs
  
• Proven success managing, including management of people and costs, driving sales and revenue growth
  
• Experience identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions for client's complex challenges
  
• Proven leadership and consulting experience in HR and Workforce Transformation, Rewards, or Communication
