GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

Under general supervision of the Director, LVC Retail Shops, the incumbent provides Mastectomy fitting and product consultation to clients along with coordinating of the daily operational activities of the salon. Responsible for maintaining high standard of customer service and operations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main responsibilities

Opens and closes boutique. Coordinates the daily operations of the boutique. Properly recovers the boutique at the end of the day.

Answers phone, schedules appointments

Operates computerized cash register. Receives cash, check , charge payments for products and services selected by customers.

Performs opening and end-of-shift cash register procedures, which include reading register totals and verifying amount of currency in drawer in preparation for CSS deposit finalization.

Bill mastectomy products through the EPIC system

Restocks retail area as needed.

Assists with annual inventory.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

ABC or BOC Mastectomy Certified

3 years experience

Ability to work in fast paced stressful environment

Must be able to stand through the entire shift

Lift up to 40 pounds of product and possess ability to assist patients/ customers in positioning.

High level of customer service

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Observe peak blackout week prior to: Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day, week of Ether day, and during special sales and inventory

Bend, stretch, lift, push/pull 40 pounds, extended periods of standing

During staff shortages may be required to work overtime
