Salary: $200,000.00 USD Annually - $225,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
JDP is seeking a CFO outside of Selinsgrove, PA area to help lead business operations! The qualified candidate could be a current VP of Finance looking to grow their career! The candidate should have a high level of drive, integrity and to be part of strategic investments.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage all finance and accounting functions
- Provide leadership needed to plan and grow profit
- Develop budgets and provide accurate projections to support business
- Provide leadership in compliance with financial and legal requirements
- Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ownership of state/federal tax returns
- Liaise with CPA firm to minimize tax liabilities
- Monitor fees on investment assets
- Review and reconcile investments, partnership interest, and company transactions on a monthly & quarterly basis
- Drive overall risk management and insurance functions
- Take imitative for continued improvements
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- 12+ years experience financial planning or financial accounting
- Bachelor's Degree and/Master's Degree in Accounting
- CPA required
