Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Cradlepoint is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Channel Marketing Program Manager responsible for managing partner events, communications, and a variety of enablement programs for Cradlepoint channel partners globally and in support of our internal partner sales teams. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly creative, passionate about events, and skilled in writing.

The Channel Marketing Program Manager will develop, execute, and manage programs to enable the growth and development of partners worldwide. This role will ensure partner executive, marketing, sales, and technical teams understand Cradlepoint's value proposition and are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively identify opportunities and sell Cradlepoint solutions.

What Will You Do?

  • Collaborate on the development and execution of key components of the partner enablement program, complete with initiatives that support the entire lifecycle of a channel relationship - focusing on communications, collateral creation and regional partner training/events worldwide
  • Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end virtual and in-person events to drive awareness & adoption of Cradlepoint solutions across the partner ecosystem, including: planning, budget management, logistics, internal/external communications, event technology management, ROI measurement
  • Drive creation, alignment, and customization of partner enablement tools and materials with key stakeholders including Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations, Channel Operations and Customer Success (e.g., drawer statements, FAQs, webinars, training courseware, assets)
  • Build peer support and relationships within Cradlepoint's internal global Partner Sales and leadership teams to drive continuous awareness and engagement
  • Report key metrics to show the efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction improvements for Cradlepoint partners and internal Partner Sales teams
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business required
  • Three (3+) years of Channel Marketing experience in solutions-based B2B companies
  • Extensive project and program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressured, fast paced environment
  • Experience tailoring and scheduling programs and initiatives from a global lens (must think globally)
  • Proven ability to effectively work with internal cross-functional stakeholders, external resellers and 3rd party vendors
  • Able to define and measure KPIs and program ROI in line with business objectives
  • Proactive and self-directed: must be able to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance based on field input and relevant field data
  • Proven record of supporting the channel to build, meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Dynamic and proven presentation & written communication skills a must
  • Executive presence and strong emotional intelligence
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
  • Must be self-motivated and able to drive and run programs independently, and still be a team player
Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Asana a plus

Compensation and Benefits at Cradlepoint

At Cradlepoint, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.

Your Pay:

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
  • $52,500 - $86,261 / year
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint's Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Cradlepoint also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage.

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Cradlepoint's 401(k) plan has a 4% company match and immediate vesting. Employees will also receive company-paid employee basic life and AD&D insurance and company-paid disability benefits.

Your Time:

Your work-life balance is important to us. Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
