INTERNET EQUIPMENT PROGRAMMER (SCRIPT WRITER)
Role:

Develops software configuration scripts for internet networking equipment (Nomadix Front End Gateways, Cisco & Brocade Ethernet Switches).

Develops test case scenarios for configurations.

Resolve issues with networking equipment.

Base Knowledge:

High level knowledge on the OSI model, IPv4, IPv6, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and AAA.

Network Equipment: Cisco, Brocade, Nomadix, Ruckus,

Excel, CSV, Visio, Word, PowerPoint.

Key Requirements:

Experience with Telnet command line input with Tera Term

Experience with Cisco switch configuration syntax

Experience with IPv4 network like Gateway, IP, Subnet Mask

Experience with Excel

Have generic knowledge with web GUI configuration

Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to multitask

Ability to self-manage time and efforts with little to no direct supervision

Knowledge of SSH, Command Line and GUI Interfaces

CNNA preferred

Knowledge of Network Gear - Cisco, Ruckus, Microtik, Nomadix

Self-motivated and proactive team player

Quick learner with a positive attitude
