Job Description: 
Responsible for the wellbeing of individuals on campus. Ensure overall care programs are designed, implemented, and operated within defined program parameters.

Job Requirements:
Includes the following:
* Guides overall performance of child health care plan.
* Leads and supports care management programs and processes to meet program and federal objectives.
* Directs the development and implementation of policies and procedures, work processes, financial reporting, compliance, systems, ensuring metrics are established and measured.
* Develops and maintains key state and federal relationships, coordinate and participate on departmental and state committees, and other activities, meetings and trainings.
* Ensures positive relationships and feedback loops with community and other stakeholders
* Manages all shift supervisors including scheduling.
* Ensures appropriate discipline is maintained.
* Directs development and delivery of structured children's activity.
* Facilitates ongoing communication with team-members to achieve effective and efficient program operations.
* Prepares and discusses performance including evaluations.
* Conducts team meetings.
* Participates in creation of procedures and practices.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Supervise/manage a department and provide input towards hiring/firing/performance decisions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in education, early childhood, child development or social science and 10 -15 years of related experience including 5 years of supervision or the ability to demonstrate experience as a leader.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Ability to develop tactical and strategic plans, goals and objectives.
* Strong organization, planning and communication skills.
* Considerable knowledge of childhood development.
* Considerable knowledge and understanding of children with conditions that put a child "at risk", including understanding of and training in trauma informed care and intervention.
* Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of supervision including reflective supervision.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative working relationships with families, staff and community partners.
* Highly effective communication skills.
* Knowledge of screening and assessments related to child development and to child and care giver functioning.
* Experience in training groups and conducting presentations.
* Demonstrated ability to provide support for and problem solve with direct care and supervisory staff as well as system partners.
* Ability to effectively utilize a web-based data system to manage project information.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
