Dealing with telephone enquiries received from dealerships and customers, this claims specialist uses expert technical knowledge to investigate and confirm automotive failures. 2+ years minimum experience in mechanical automotive repair or previous experience with mechanical warranty claims. Partners with other departments including international operations, field claim adjusters and local management to identify solutions.
Dealing with claims and general telephone enquiries received from customers, dealerships and end users and providing a consistently superior customer experience at all times by meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations. Using their expert technical knowledge to authorise claims and negotiate claims payments for mechanical breakdown, parts and labour rates, which can involve very high values.
