Coordination of multiple pharmaceutical/healthcare programs. Projects include, but are not limited to, commercial, medical information and clinical inbound and outbound programs. Project formats include, but are not limited to, IVR, live operator call handling and fulfilment.

What will you be doing?
  • Assist Client Account Management Team in all functions of daily program maintenance
  • Coordinate and participate in all aspects of project start-up and ongoing program maintenance, including but not limited to, creating scripts and logic flow, developing reporting protocols and templates, ensuring that key performance metrics are provided to clients in a timely manner
  • Assist with the planning and creation of client Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Coordinate and maintain ongoing projects by acting as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments; report program status and offer recommendations to ensure successful program implementation
  • Assist in the coordination of training schedules and training materials for program trainings
  • Assist with monitoring call quality and provide ongoing training support
  • Inventory control for fulfillment projects
  • Develop and maintain individual project databases
  • Compile program metric reporting and send to clients at agreed upon intervals
  • Perform administrative program tasks as assigned by management for the business unit.
  • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

What do you need for this position?
  • College degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Critical thinking and creating problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly master new technology
  • Introductory knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology
  • Basic telecommunications/call center operations
  • Familiarity of FDA guidelines/regulations
  • Must have stable, reliable, high speed home internet.
  • Must have a designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions
