The analyst will provide closing support to the bankers, underwriters and Chief Credit Officer on WDCPF loans originated and closed across all four lending platforms that are operated by the group. This role has particular emphasis on data management, due diligence review, document preparation and execution, settlement statement reconciliation and post-closing servicing administration and asset management.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage receipt and review of due diligence items and ensure all necessary participants receive copies.
  • Track closing special conditions.
  • Generate amortization schedules.
  • Prepare escrow analyses and settlement statements.
  • Generate accounting workbooks for review by bankers and coordinate with Loan Funding and the warehouse lender to set loans up for funding.
  • Prepare reconciliation of application fee and third party costs.
  • Preparation of income notices and the follow up on servicing set up issues.
  • Ensure that data in Salesforce is complete and accurate throughout the process.
  • Generate Midland HML within required timelines.
  • Ensure that documents needed within 48 hours for loan set up are received and placed in the Servicing Deliverables folder. Follow up with counsel if documents are not received by required deadline.
  • Track and follow up on post closing requests.
  • Work with servicing to review post-closing draw requests and loan modifications.
  • Assist in collecting monthly reports required from borrower sponsors.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The education and experience we're looking for:
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Experience/exposure to real estate finance is a plus.
