RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Cloud Technology Consultant.Typical Day in the Role:- Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is for enabling and empowering partners to deliver high-quality solutions based on Modern Work technologies
- Key projects: This role will contribute to partner projects, each project will take roughly 3 months, and will be focusing on 10 projects at once; The projects will ensure that the partners drive their regional compacity, promote products internally within the company, and run successful partner programs
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of CSA playbook (50%): follow the incubation product agnostic processes and guidelines documented in the central playbook; Individuals will ensure a smooth flow in our supporting business applications and maintain operational rigor
- Product playbook (30%): Adapt to the processes and guidelines specific to each incubation product; Here we need to have deep product knowledge that covers both the sales and technical implementation of the product

- Provide deep technical coaching aiding solution and offering development
- Assess and validate partners' solution architecture
- Build capability to deliver against company investments (Optimization Assessment, Briefings, Pilots, Adoption Accelerators, etc.)
- Assist tech and adoption challenges during first 3 solution deployments
- Resolve adoption technical blockers
- Support user enablement (A&CM) offering development & execution
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 training or certification completed since 2022 (any certifications, preferred Microsoft certifications, but as long as they're relevant to the role it will suffice)
- Minimum 3 years of experience within in technical sales, consulting, or partner management roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft products and services, preferred Copilot for M365
- Minimum 1 role where they have worked with business partners previously
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
