Compensation: $27.27 hourly

The Clubhouse Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of Clubhouse Unit Leaders and provides the following supervisory functions, in consultation with the Clubhouse Director.  Full-time position, 40 hours weekly, with a competitive benefits package.  Weekend availability required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

Staff Management and Development
With support from Clubhouse Director:
• Directly supervises and sets priorities of Clubhouse Unit Leaders
• Coach staff as needed on job performance
• Oversee the hiring and training of the Clubhouse Unit Leaders and/or practicum students
• Complete performance reviews for the Clubhouse Unit Leaders
• Responsible for all operations of the Clubhouse when Clubhouse Director is unavailable

Operational and Program Development
• Manage the day to day operations of the Clubhouse with direct supervision from the Clubhouse Director
• Ensure provision of services are welcoming and follow the Clubhouse International Standards, as well as requirements set forth by DBH and Medicaid
• Facilitate team meetings as needed
• Review and sign off on documentation of Clubhouse Unit Leaders and monitor staff productivity
• Act as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Will ensure that staff seek culturally competent services and services providers to meet the unique cultural needs of each agency customer
• Networking and job development with potential employers
• Maintaining positive relationships with employers

Other Responsibilities
• Manage referrals and orientation of new members
• Assist the Clubhouse Director in the quality assurance process as assigned by Executive Team (ie. Quality monitoring of charts and improvement of overall process)
• Maintain positive relationships with collateral contacts
• Attend all training as required by Compass Health, Accreditors, and Funders
• Transportation of members as needed
• Participation in evening, weekend, and holiday programming
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed with members
• Oversee necessary referrals as needed for members under the direct supervision of the Clubhouse Director
• Manage staffing needs in the day to day operation of units
• Manage the execution of daily unit work with staff and members, as needed
• Any other task deemed necessary by supervisor

QUALIFICATION(S): EDUCATION

Master’s degree required in in counseling, psychology, social work, or a Human Services field as recognized by the U.S Department of Education

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with treatment of mental illness preferred
• Valid driver’s license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO driver’s license by the end of the 60-day introductory period

QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW preferred
