Job Description
CMS PRODUCT MANAGER

The Select Group's top client is seeking a Product Manager to run point with their suite of Digital Content Management Systems (CMS) products. This person will be the intermediary between the business users and technical development teams in the Asset Management space. The product manager will create user stories and acceptance criteria to create new features for their existing in-house systems in an effort to build a more efficient work flow.

CMS PRODUCT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of solid product management experience
• Extensive CMS (content management system) experience - with any type of system.
• Needs to have experience with building CMS systems from the ground up, or building custom features on top of the CMS systems.
• Experience as a product manager for CMS for an enterprise level technology company
• Must have experience running projects creating and modifying CMS features on a technical level. Need more than user-level CMS experience. i.e. - Need to have experience doing more than building custom components. Must have experience building custom features to improve functionality.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• Needs to be autonomous and able to hit the ground running with little oversight

Plus Skills:

• Computer Science degree or background

CMS PRODUCT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITES:

• Work with business stakeholders to develop user stories and acceptance criteria for CMS modifications
• Act as the go between for the business users and the technical dev teams executing on the user stories
