Are you a proven sales manager & leader looking for a great opportunity with an industry leading company?

Our HVAC Commercial & Applied Systems Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales team in continued growth of our St. Louis branch. Working with the VP Commercial Sales, this person will develop and execute sales strategies, actively participate in business development while driving sales results and brand loyalty in our St Louis, Fenton, and Mt Vernon branches.

1. Manage, train and develop sales team and sucstomer base to achieve increased sales.

2. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.

3. Lead team education on the application and technical knowledge.

4. Conduct sales team meetings, lead and coach bid strategies, and host monthly training sessions.

5. Represent our team and its partners participating in local organizations including but not limited to BOMA, ASHRAE, MOSHE, SMCA, etc.

6. Travel in territory with sales team members to meet with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Building Owners.

Qualified candidates will have:

BS/BA in Engineering or Business with 5 years of sales experience in Commercial and Applied HVAC and 3 years of sales management experience OR in lieu of degree, 7 years of sales experience with 5 years in management

Strong business networking, communication, and presentation skills required.

Experienced with selling and selecting air and water cooled chillers, air handlers, package DX systems, energy recovery systems, and DOAS units and other specialty applied products in the HVAC industry.

Proven record of demonstrating strong leadership.
