Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Community Investment Coordinator in Boca Raton, FL (Florida)Summary:In this role, you will work with the Director to execute companywide corporate citizenship branded programming. This includes research, presentation development, budget management, and execution of the annual calendar of events/initiatives.You may represent the company in community, campus, and leadership events, on the team's behalf. You will also support the Director in all aspects of running the new foundation-like Black/Hispanic Business Initiative, including external partner management, constituent relations, project management, employee engagement and participation, and communication support for programs. Responsibilities:

  • Support CI Manager in coordinating the 15 Community Ambassador Committees throughout North America (450 ambassadors total), and growing this network over time
  • Launch and manage the campaign to build the 2021 Community Ambassador Committees via a companywide application process
  • Support in managing relationships with 17 school districts (Superintendent, School Boards, etc.), 18 schools (Principals, Teachers, Facilities, PTA, etc.), company teams in 15 cities
  • Serve as the Community Investment team's primary partner to the company Diversity Council, and manage partnerships with the company's roster of Associate Resource Groups (ARG's)
  • Managing, reviewing and responding to all incoming mail, including scanning and saving documents for tax return purposes Black/Hispanic Business Initiative Support
  • Support coordination of foundation partnership (i.e. Round It Up America), including vendor agreements, grant agreements, and grant reporting
  • Support coordination of mentorship training/certification partner (i.e. VMT), including support of chapter expansion into new markets, recruiting and onboarding new mentors, and guiding the ment


Skills

  • High School diploma/GED required, and college preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong and detailed-oriented project manager
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and set priorities
  • Experienced in successfully hosting and managing large scale events and be an excellent writer and a strong public speaker
  • Experienced in forming and managing outside partnerships with an array of community entities, including nonprofits, governmental entities, educational institutions, business association groups, etc.
  • Ability to work independently
