Ultimate Staffing sourcing for a Compensation Analyst for a client in Orange County, CA. As the Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for market analysis, bonus, merit and salary surveys, as well as other analysis. A background in finance or mathematics would be highly desirable. This is a contract-to-hire role, paying $120,000K DOE.

Other responsibilities could include:

  • Help design salary bands, pay grades, pay philosophies
  • Provide salary recommendations for new hires
  • Managing Succession Planning, Job Descriptions and Growth & Development
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business or a combination of work experience and education
  • Masters Degree preferred but not required
  • 5-7 years in Compensation
  • Finance/Mathematics background
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
