Support DFA’s Value Integrity Compliance Program by conducting thorough hotline (Integrity Helpline) investigations.

Promote and foster an organizational culture of integrity, ethical conduct and decision-making, and compliance with the Code of Conduct. Encourage an environment where anyone who believes that a Code of Conduct violation has occurred, to immediately report it.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer Integrity Helpline calls and emails from employees, and thoroughly document their concerns following investigation methodology
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the organization, interacting effectively and patiently in multicultural situations
  • Respond timely to ethics and compliance concerns or questions from employees and management
  • Follow investigation methodology to lead and conduct thorough investigations in response to ethics, Code of Conduct, and policy-related issues
  • Interview witnesses, gather and secure relevant documentation, and analyze data to document fact-based findings
  • Prepare thorough reports detailing the results and outcome of the investigation
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of investigation reports submitted by internal business partners
  • Assist with the case management system, EthicsPoint, and ensure case details are complete and accurate within a specific timeframe
  • Perform Integrity Helpline data analysis and create or maintain detailed management reports using formulas, functions, pivot tables, and graphs within Microsoft Excel
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's various companies, lines of business, and operations

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline required
  • 1+ years of internal audit, compliance or employee relations experience preferred
  • Experience conducting investigations and/or internal audits is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make a decision or come to a conclusion in investigations is required
  • Ability to remain empathetic and independent
  • Ability to de-escalate callers when communicating difficult messages
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation required
  • Integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values, including proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and prioritize work assignments to meet client needs
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as, work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
