Job Description Summary
The Compliance Supervisor under the supervision of the Director provides for the safety and service of the people, buildings, and campus through monitoring of cameras and access control systems, inspections of facility systems, and responding to situations and circumstance based on established standard operating procedures.
Job Description

Perform monitoring of Operation Center camera console and building access control systems. Dispatching and responding to facility and safety issues according to established SOP's.

Provide guidance to third party service provider personnel, notifying supervisor of any issues or concerns.

Create access control badges for client and contractor personnel as required.

Complete inspections of building systems to include fire panels, fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and panic alarm systems on monthly/quarterly basis for all assigned facilities.

Prepare and submit activity and incident reports as required.

Responsible for inspecting the interior and exterior of the buildings and campus from a Safety and Services perspective. Reporting any deficiencies so corrective action can be taken.

Provide additional services as requested by client (escorts, employee assistance, emergency response, etc.)

Ability to use technology such as smart phones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, etc.

Comply with Cushman & Wakefield Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property.

Complete all required Cushman & Wakefield Safety Training as scheduled annually. (New employees shall meet the immediate training requirements as set forth at time of hiring. Failure to comply with the safety training and other training requirements set forth in Cushman & Wakefield's Policies and Procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or termination of employment. Perform assigned monthly inspections at all campus buildings. To include fire system inspections, alarm inspections, elevator call inspections, vehicle inspections, access control inspections and video inspections.

Perform facility inspections as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• Must have ability to stoop, stand, climb, frequently lift a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment (pumps, tools, ladders) and safely install rigging/lifting devices
• Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine
• Involves movement between departments, floors, and properties to facilitate work
• Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
• Ability to read and understand information presented orally and in writing
• Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, drawings, and schematics
