We have an excellent opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist – Configurator Tools in our Troy, Ohio manufacturing location.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Update and maintain the data that controls the Clopay Retail, Online, and Dealer Sales Configurator tools, including current and future versions of:
• Home Depot Door Configurator – HDDC
  • United States
  • Canada (English)
  • Canada (French)
  • United States Mobile
• Door Imagination System – DIS
• MyDoor
  • English
  • French
  • Spanish
• Commercial Door Quoter
• QuickDraw
• Hewee (Holmes Brand Configuration Tool)
• WTS Paradigm
• Update product availability and pricing in each tool via an admin and/or excel spreadsheets which are compiled and laid out by the Online Configurator Tools Coordinator for HDDC, MyDoor, Door Imagination System, QuickDraw, and CDQ.
• Assist in reviewing and tracking minor changes to engineering product specifications and ensure the updates are reflective in the Configurator Tools.
• Assist with the programming and release of new products to the configuration tools.
• Log outstanding issues on each of the Configuration Tools that need corrected and assist as needed to fix.
  • Dealers/Customers/Stores/Internal Team reported issues.
  • MyDoor/CDQ/iStore Validation Report.
• Assist in communicating to an outside company that maintains Hewee of product updates that need to occur in this tool.
• Work closely with the Online Configurator Tools Coordinator on other duties as needed.
• Travel as needed (minimal).
• Assist in setting up promotions within the HDDC US and Canadian tools.

• High School Diploma.

• Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in data entry.

• Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop is desired.

• Garage door experience is desired

• Ability to travel (approx. 5%).
