We are searching for a Construction Accountant. This role will be in Delay Beach, Florida

The ideal candidate will present great GAAP knowledge and work well with a smaller organization and be a team player.

• Assist the controller with Financial Statements
• Prepare monthly, annual financials
• Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables
• AIA billing
• Project forecasting and projections
• Issue and process invoices
• Auditing PO's
• 5+ years of Accounting Experience
• Degree in Accounting preferred
• Construction experience preferred
• Accounting Software/ERP knowledge is required
