Seeking a Construction Bookkeeper in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area!

Job Responsibilities:

Creating Purchase Orders.
Notarizing lien waivers and documents.
AP entries including job costing, classifications, and matching POs to vendor bills.
Bank Reconciliation.
Invoicing clients based on service tickets and proposals.
AR & Collections.
Payroll.
AIAs
Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

At least three years of experience
QuickBooks
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to work daily in office
