On-site Locations: Phoenix, Dallas, or Nashville
What You Will Be Doing As a Project Manager, you will act as the project team leader who is in charge of overseeing and managing the specific project or projects, as well as giving the project team instructions. This comprises carrying out tasks either directly or through the project team to make sure that a project's goals or objectives are achieved within the allotted time and financial constraints. Field operations assistance and facilitation are another responsibility of the project manager. Contracts, submittals, construction paperwork, and meeting owner/architect expectations are all included in your role.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ Years Commercial Construction Project Manager experience
- Degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
- Experience working with tilt-walls
- Proven track record of leading large industrial, warehouse, grocery, and hospitality builds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once
- Full project lifecycle experience including pre-design and planning, estimating, budgeting, and project monitoring
- Excellent time-management and scheduling skills
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
