-Your new role-
As a construction Project Manager, you will lead the construction of ground-up projects in the Northern NJ area. This position calls for experience building big box projects. These projects are typically staffed with a PM and a Super, so it will be your responsibility to manage the job through to completion! The first project that you would be responsible for is a 300k sf new warehouse.

-What you'll need to succeed-

• 5 years' minimum construction project management experience
• Industrial/heavy commercial project experience
• New Jersey project experience (tri-state)
• Really know big box construction
• Warehouse project experience preferred
• Construction-related degree preferred
