Nature of Work
Coordinate, schedule, and review the work activities of assigned jobsite labor. Supports project control activities such as but not limited to evaluating costs, analyzing project schedule trends to identify potential risks, and managing schedules in order to ensure timely and accurate project process reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedules the work activities of assigned jobsite workers and project sub-contractors.
  • Manages and utilizes scheduling tools/technology.
  • Compiles monthly and baseline updates and contractor submittals for assigned projects.
  • Adheres to all project control policies and procedures.
  • Performs a variety of reporting duties, such as but not limited to assisting project managers in preparation of project process reporting, forecasting reports, and project site analyses.
  • Remains in contact with office leadership to provide updates on project timeline and schedule.
  • Maintains awareness of new trends and developments on the project site.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Related Field required.

Experience

  • Six years or more of related work experience required.

Physical Demands

  • Physical demands for this position are light. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be walking, standing, bending or carrying of light items (10-25 pounds) such as papers, books, small parts, etc.  No special physical demands are required to perform the work.

Work Environment

  • The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, residences, commercial vehicles, or outdoors, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls and observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc.
