Construction Superintendent We are a lead Real Estate and Investment firm constructing commercial and mixed use buildings in the upper Mid-West. Having grown 78% in the last 2 years, we are looking for an experienced CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT to join our team in Minot, ND!
What You Will Be Doing - Perform superintendent duties at multiple job sites
- Interpret and execute blueprint specifications
- Manage subcontractors
- Maintain job log and report progress
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years Commercial Construction experience

AND/OR

- 5+ years Multi-Family Construction experience
