Description: Our client is currently seeking a Contract Management Professional
This position is a 6 month contract with potential extensions.
You will draft and review various commercial contracts and work collaboratively to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work from home, with the expectation of working within the Eastern EST/EDT time zone during regular business hours.

Contract Drafting and Review:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize both routine and non-routine commercial contractual documents with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assess complex solicitations, identify potential risks, and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.

Contract Analysis and Compliance:
- Evaluate and analyze terms, conditions, and legal requirements within proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations, providing guidance and support to branch offices and management.

Risk Assessment and Recommendations:
- Identify risk analysis factors to provide insightful recommendations on matters related to contract terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose alternative terms or language as needed.

Proposal Management:
- Organize, manage, and prioritize multiple proposal or contract negotiation efforts concurrently.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Contract Review Experience:
- 3-5 years of reviewing cloud services contracts, including drafting cloud subscription services contract addenda and modifications.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Contract Negotiation Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in negotiating and modifying contract topics such as indemnification, limits of liability, consequential damages, and intellectual property.

Risk Management:
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate risk-mitigating clauses into contracts or addenda to enhance operational and legal outcomes.

Legal Knowledge:
- Familiarity with data privacy, data governance, government policies, regulations, and applicable laws governing procurement.

Subcontractor Agreements and Partner Relationships:
- Experience in managing and reviewing subcontractor agreements and partner relationships.
