Our client, an established and reputable nonprofit organization, is seeking a contracted Membership Development Coordinator to join their Membership Team! This role is responsible for building relationships with the community and managing relationships with donors. A passion for people is a must!

About You:

• A Bachelor's degree is required for this position
• +1 of administrative or membership-based experience in a nonprofit environment is required
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to stay organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Day to Day:

• Work with the Membership Team to promote marketing, engagement and outreach with associated donors
• Promote member eligible events and benefits and serve as a resource throughout the process
• Assist with tracking, reviewing and analyzing reports and membership trends
• Develop both internal and external content for the organization focusing on donor benefits
• Utilize discretion in managing sensitive and proprietary information

This contracted assignment is expected to last at least 4 months and will operate on a hybrid schedule out of the organization's Philadelphia office. This position pays up to $18/hour.
