Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a receptionist to join their Philadelphia office on a temporary basis! This is a great opportunity to gain brief experience with a respected organization.

About You

• An associates or bachelor's degree is preferred for this position
• 1+ years of professional experience in a corporate setting
• Friendly, professional and polished demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Detail oriented, organized and eager to learn

About the Job

• Greet, welcome and direct staff and guests in a timely and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and promptly transfer to the correct contact - take messages when necessary and ensure they're clearly communicated
• Coordinate and maintain conference room bookings
• General administrative tasks when requested
