Beacon Hill Legal is actively staffing several contracts manager/analyst positions working on a remote or hybrid remote/onsite basis. Candidates will be responsible for providing general contracts support to in-house legal teams with a broad range of contracts including sales/service/vendor agreements, NDAs, acquisitions-related contracts. Candidates may also be involved with co-managing, along with other team members, the various stages of the contracts development process, including contracts markup and formatting.

Both licensed attorney and non-attorney candidates with strong knowledge of contracts language, formatting, principles, etc. are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial contracts negotiation, redlining and review. Prior industry-specific contracts experience (e.g. SaaS) is preferred but not required.
