Beacon Hill Legal is seeking attorneys for an immediate, Corporate Counsel position with an international corporation's DC headquarters! Begins as a contract role, with the possibility to go perm. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing, international corporation that's already a household name! Must be located in the DMV region, able to commute to the DC office as needed.

Must be barred, in good standing, in any US jurisdiction. Bar membership in DC, or ability to waive in, preferred but not required. Responsibilities include: extensive commercial contract drafting and review, lease management, and legal entity management (formation/resolution).
