Everest Global Services, Inc., a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd., is seeking an organized, self-motivated Corporate Services Specialist to join the Corporate Services department. The Corporate Services department manages day-to-day building services.

The Corporate Services Specialist will be based in the heart of our New York City location. Serving as the liaison for our operations in this facility to ensure our facilities are ready to support both our executives, colleagues, and visitors. They will work closely with the Corporate Services team in our Warren, NJ headquarters to stay abreast of the building occupancy, guests, and key events, adhering to Corporate Services policies and protocols to ensure a professional, collaborative, and effective workspace that represents the Everest brand throughout the globe.

Essential Functions:

  • Security administration including the process of new building access cards and registering guests.
  • Liaison between Building Fire & Safety Director and staff for emergency action planning.
  • Vendor Management including supervision of PM Agreements.
  • Track Corporate Services budget for NYC office.
  • Liaison between corporate groups on assigned construction/furniture projects as needed.
  • Liaison for the NYC staff to the NYC property manager, cleaning staff, and contracted vendors.
  • Share responsibilities with the Corporate Services team on routine tasks and assignments.
  • Provide Executive Management Support as needed.
  • Administrative tasks such as logging and vouchering invoices.
  • Manage office supply inventory, pantry supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Setting up cubical space/offices for new hires.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail services.
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment.

Work Experience and Qualifications:
  • Two years of advanced education from college, business, or vocational school is required. A Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous Corporate Services related experience is preferred.
  • Candidate must have effective communication skills, the ability to multitask and manage priorities, and a proactive approach to job responsibilities.
  • Ability to assist and maintain confidential information
  • Strong word, excel and power point skills.
  • Must be able to lift 20lb

For NYC Only: The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
