Top Reasons to Work with Us We are a Dallas, TX based Construction Management Firm seeking a Construction Admin/Cost
Engineer with high-end construction experience in both commercial & residential projects and
experience working with a general contractor.
What You Will Be Doing The Construction Admin/Cost Engineer will be responsible for document control which includes
inputting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and dashboard control including Earned Value
Management (EVM) for all projects. This position will require attending and running internal
meetings and task deadline reminders.

This position will require working from our Dallas, TX office, so you must be comfortable with
going to the office on a daily basis as this is NOT a field position.

Individual should also be an effective construction administrator while helping in the office and
willingness to learn new skills. Should have a basic understanding of construction terminology
including schedules, change order process, RFI and submittal process.

We are really looking for someone who wants to go from working on the general contractor side
and moving over to the development/CM side.
