The Business Analyst is part of the CRM team and acts as a lead in defining requirements of application solutions for Sales Operations. This individual participates in all phases of the project life cycle including defining requirements, analysis, design review, set-up, testing, end user education and support.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of CRM, this role will have a direct and significant effect on project/team objectives and directly impacts customer satisfaction, cost, quality and expense.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  Participates in the development of conceptual and functional specifications for application development.
• Works with technical team to design, test and implement overall system functionality.
• Lead supervisors, other business analysts, and end users with functional unit and integration testing, application training, support and documentation.
• Performs troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Continuously seeks improvement of business processes and system functionality.
• Participates in development of project plans as required.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management
• Provides continuous production support, works on issues and enhancements.
• Works on specific tasks of Business/IT projects with some guidance and supervision.
• Makes recommendations on priorities, design changes, improvements and problem resolutions.
• Collaborates with IT and business personnel to manage problem resolution effectively
• Works cross-functionally and think both tactically and strategically
  

Job Knowledge/Experience:

• 
  Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, applications support, and cross-functional stakeholder management, ideally working directly with Salesforce or a similar CRM application.
• Ability, creativity and judgment in analyzing and implementing application solutions.
• Proficient in numerous business processes and objectives.
• Has a solid understanding of the business processes in which the developed application will be employed.
• Understanding of base application system functionality and overall technical foundation.
• Background in system and business support for end users.
• Understanding of Oracle e-Business Suite functionality, focusing on Quoting, Order Management and Customer Master desired.
• Experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) a plus.
• Experience in SalesForce.com as a user and/or Admin is highly preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Offices, specifically Excel.
  

Education: Four-year Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
