Job Summary

The Customer Experience Concierge is a full-service resource that provides the salesforce and their customers with premier access to ticketed events.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Under the direction of C&BE Leadership and utilizing their preferred vendors the customer experience concierge will secure tickets, parking and hospitality as requested by salesforce.
  • Responsible for providing concierge service including transportation, dinner reservations, etc. for guests attending the ticketed events.
  • Manage golf course memberships
  • Coordinate golf foursomes and small outings
  • Process payments, recharges, complete TERs
  • Record and report attendees, business purpose of customer interaction and gifts
  • The customer experience concierge must have the flexibility to take calls after hours and on weekends
  • Other duties assigned


Skills and Abilities
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have the ability to work with partners at all different levels and top executive management
  • Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills
