Customer Service Admin

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay rate - 19.00 to 21.00 per hour DOE.

Casual work environment.

Ultimate Staffing in Nashua, NH, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced manufacturing Customer Service Rep to join our client in the Amherst, NH area. Stable manufacturing company with a great work environment!

Responsibilities:

Phone coverage, call handling & greeting/directing visitors.

Responding to customer inquiries such as updated order status, quotations, expediting customer requests or concerns.

Processing new customer orders and change orders as requested.

Working closely with other departments to address customer requirements.

Invoicing / Data entry

Maintaining finished goods inventory (includes updating inventory software)

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing related role.

Must be efficient at typing/data entry.

Possess knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Open Office or Libre.

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus!

Possess excellent communication skills & etiquette (both oral & written).

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

Able to work with minimum supervision.

Able to multi-task.

High School Diploma / GED required.
