Job Description:

• Provide exceptional, prompt, accurate, and courteous service to guests, aiming for 100% satisfaction and strengthening guest relationships.
• Handle 30-50 daily phone calls and assist guests with travel bookings.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Stay updated on international affairs using sources like TSS, State Department websites, and news agencies.
• Advise clients on travel requirements like visas and passports.
• Assist clients in uploading necessary personal documentation for travel.
• Troubleshoot technology and process-related issues with clients over the phone.
• Offer helpful feedback with patience and professionalism, especially during escalated situations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, including retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict de-escalation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for research and decision-making.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple systems proficiently, identifying and reporting trends.
• Experience in senior or retirement care communities, such as reception roles, is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Pay rate: $19-21/hr
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
• Location: 100% in office in Edina
