Customer Service/Call Center
BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service/Call Center at Conway, AR 72034

NOTE: This position is remote, but contractors will need to be within driving distance of the Conway AR facility for Mandatory onsite training and to work in the office if they are having internet issues or there an outage in their area!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles heavy inbound call volume with knowledge to address more complex concerns from Provider Community.
  • Interacts with providers, in a timely and professional manner, including escalating recurring or critical issues to appropriate Team Lead or Manager.
  • Navigates through the system with efficiency.
  • Meets and retains all quality and production standards set by management and/or customer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Ability to multitask in a high paced environment and retain information
  • Excellent organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers

Required Experience:
  • 2 years Call Center experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience:
  • Medicaid
  • Medical Claims Processing

Qualifications/Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent GED Preferred Education

Location: Conway, AR 72034
Expected Duration: 8 Months contract with strong possibility of extension
Wage: Hourly, W2
