Customer Service Coordinator - Delray Beach, FL

We are supporting a stable and growing organization in Delray Beach, FL looking to add a stellar customer service coordinator to their team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience that enjoys handling escalations and solving problems. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator includes:

  • Answer incoming calls and answer any immediate questions, deescalate issue, and/or connect customers to the appropriate team.
  • Corresponds to customer interactions via email, phone, text or chat
  • Maintain and update office records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and other important documents.
  • Check "incomplete" calls and update status in internal notes; notify managers of any situations that require follow-up.
  • Work cross-functionally with other customer support departments to help resolve billing and payment issues.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
