We are adding a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to our team!

This is a direct hire opportunity!

Location: 100% onsite (must live in Minnesota)

Hours: M-F 8AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $50-$65k, depending on experience!

Job Duties/Description:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails and customer portal services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter incoming purchase orders and purchase materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Process customer accounts and electronically file documents according to company procedures.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and quality service.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their overall experience.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative, demonstrating strong customer interaction skills.
  • Exceptional phone contact handling skills and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems to efficiently manage and process customer data.
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond effectively to different types of characters and situations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for data entry, documentation, and communication purposes.
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interactions is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Knowledge of industrial products is advantageous.
