Job Description:
Our Parts Department is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Torrance. The individual we are seeking should have excellent communication and organizational skills with superb attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Taking messages and effectively relaying information
- Logging calls into Excel spreadsheets
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Coordinating with shipping department and preparing shipping labels
- Filing paperwork and maintaining organized records
- Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
