Our client is a national consulting firm serving communities across the US and helping support their Emergency Rental Funding programs due to COVID. They are currently looking to ramp up their remote customer service team! Beacon Hill is seeking Customer Service Representatives to field incoming phone calls of varying degrees of urgency and complexity and bringing each call to resolution with compliance and compassion in mind. This is a contract role going through the end of 2021, with potential to extend to the summer of 2022
