ECS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Gettysburg, PA office.
Job Description:
This is a position answering phones on behalf of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). You will support the FCC in their Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau/Consumer Inquiries and Complaints Division.
The call center takes calls from consumers requesting information on FCC initiatives and provides information on how to file complaints about items the FCC regulates. If needed, the candidate will file the complaint online for the consumer. The position will also require using a call ticket system to document each call and also email information requested from the consumer.
